The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm and take approximately 30 minutes. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before in order to ensure your attendance. Anyone arriving later will not be able to witness the ceremony. Immediately following the ceremony will be cocktail hour and reception at the same venue, with the reception ending by 10pm.

The dress code is cocktail attire, with black-tie optional—so feel free to wear something cocktail-style (a nice dress or suit) or elevate it to a more formal look if you wish. We also kindly ask guests to refrain from wearing blue as the main color in their outfit, as part of the Wedding Party will be wearing blue. Please reach out if you have any questions about dress code.

Since the ceremony will be outdoors, please be prepared for a mild November afternoon in Gilroy—expect temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s °F during the day, but it can get cooler in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or layers. The reception will be indoors, so you’ll be nice and cozy while you celebrate with us!

There will be appetizers served during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner, dessert, and late-night snack. The plated dinner will include a salad course and a "duet plate" with two entrees served together on the same plate with a side. Each guest will receive the same entrees and do not need to specify their dinner choice, unless they have any dietary restrictions. For those with allergies or dietary restrictions, the opportunity to specify these will be given at the time of RSVP. Alternative meal options will include gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian options. Additionally, self-serve beverage stations with coffee, tea, & water will be available during the celebration.
